I like what you did with the piece.
Very creative. I like it when artists think out side the box ie the torn pager look and the colorization of the surface ( I called that surf mapping)

1. I agree with you. When artist think outside of the box it's very apreciatted.
2. Yes, in terragen that's the term (Surf mapping), in other 3D programs it's called Mapping or Texturing or jus materials applied.
3. I'm happy you like this piece and this kind of comments encourage me to keep forward.
